At RedTeam, our mission is to fortify your business against fragility and tackle genuine business challenges in the midst of relentless uncertainty and rapid transformations. We are currently in the second year of our ambitious five-year journey, aiming to empower and train 100 diverse startup companies.

The Origin Story
For over 23 years, our parent, Blenheim Chalcot, has been handson in building successful ventures, disrupting industries, and developing trailblazing teams. It has developed a rigorous method to tackle the complex and high-risk challenge of building successful companies. Our curriculum is founded on Blenheim Chalcot’s deep knowledge and frontline experience.
