RedTeam, is a tribute to the military tradition in which specialised teams act as adversaries in mock battles. Their mission? To expose weaknesses and help refine strategy. We've adopted this ethos to assess businesses for their vulnerabilities and train leaders to adapt through strategic and operational excellence. But we don’t stop there. We empower leaders with the skills and tools to lead in fiercely competitive environments.

Where We Come From

RedTeam is backed by Blenheim Chalcot, which has a two decade track record of industry-transforming ventures. RedTeam originated from the strategic foresight of Blenheim Chalcot's co-founders Manoj and Charles. Blenheim Chalcot have consistently invested in and supported talent development, first through BC Build (2011) a structured business building programme designed to mold the next set of CEOs and top-tier leaders.  Recognizing the need for wider impact, RedTeam was launched in 2021. We took the essence of BC Build and scaled it, benefitting the entire Blenheim Chalcot portfolio with streamlined business innovation training.
