Bootcamp Overview


01 Bootcamp Introduction


This opening session offers a thorough introduction to GenAI, reflecting on BC's progress since ChatGPT's launch. Attendees will learn about BC's latest GenAI strategy, including tools like BC Bot, QuickAction, Delfy, and GuildIQ. The resurgence of generalist LLMs and the need for high-quality prompting are highlighted, alongside recent news impacting the GenAI landscape.


02 Being GenSafe

This session focuses on safety and privacy in GenAI. It includes a practical exercise where participants identify and mitigate privacy/data concerns. The discussion covers general safety concerns, data protection, and best practices for using GenAI tools safely and responsibly.


03 Levelling Up Your Prompt Engineering

Participants will explore advanced prompting techniques, including Few Shot and Chain of Thought, with real-world examples. The session also introduces GenAI-supported prompting and tools like LangChain. A friendly competition is held where groups improve prompts in a case study, sharing strategies for optimal outcomes.


04 Integrating GenAI Tools in Your Workflow

This practical session teaches how to integrate GenAI tools into business workflows. It includes business process mapping, a deep dive into BC-built tools (like BC Bot and QuickAction), and comparisons with major chatbots. Participants will apply these concepts to a real BC project, identifying where GenAI tools can optimize workflows.


05 Building a Plan for Process Improvement

In this hands-on session, participants will create detailed plans for process improvement using GenAI tools. They'll conduct a proof-of-concept test to understand the benefits and limitations of these tools, sharing findings and reflections on improving critical areas in their processes.


06 GenAI and Business Strategy

This session covers the strategic integration of GenAI in business. It includes examples of productizing GenAI across the BC portfolio, developing and implementing a GenAI strategy, and its impact on business models. Attendees will learn about strategic communication and the roles involved in this transformation.
