In this session, participants will explore sales-to-revenue finance processes, providing a comprehensive overview of the key steps involved in converting sales into revenue. Participants will gain valuable insights and practical tools to enhance their skills and improve the overall effectiveness of the sales-to-revenue finance process.
During this session, participants will delve into The Sacred 5, a framework for planning and reporting. The objective is to examine how the framework can be effectively implemented and to identify any challenges that may arise. By the end of the session, participants will gain insight into the level of alignment their own organizations have with the Sacred 5, as well as potential obstacles they may face if they choose to adopt more of the framework.
This session will help participants to understand various types of growth metrics (such as Annual Recurring Revenue growth %, Net Revenue Retention, Rule of 40, Net Magic Number and ARR per employee) and key measures of unit economics (LTV/CAC, CAC Payback and contribution margin), why unit economics is important and cost categories.
