01 Deciding on a Partnership and Strategy

In this session, participants will explore the significance of partnerships and how to strategically plan them as part of a go-to-market (GTM) approach. The training will introduce a framework to strategize partner types tailored to an organization, covering aspects such as corporate strategy, key lenses of partnerships, and alignment to company strategy. Participants will learn to categorize partnerships into two main buckets: GTM and Product, and understand how to set criteria for strategizing partner types within their organization.

02 The Rise of Ecosystems: The Next Frontier in SaaS Growth

The session will also cover strategies to drive ecosystem-driven revenue through co-marketing and co-selling opportunities and provide practical examples of ELG in practice.
