Blenheim Chalcot now offers a 18 month development plan for high potentials via its Red Team BC Pioneers Certificate Program, launching January 2023.
Running for its 3rd year, BC Pioneers is back with an updated training curriculum based on the Red Team business building universe. BC Pioneers will take your strong performers on their own hero's journey of discovery & development, specifically designed for high potentials across the portfolio with 2-5 years experience. With a strong emphasis on the foundations of digital disruption, this Certificate blends strategy and execution training to empower Pioneers to drive impact and deliver the business plan.

Our flagship certificate includes roughly 44 hours of live training and will focus on the Red Team worlds of Achieving Product Market Fit, Strategic & Operational Excellence and Communication & Leadership. In the last six months, Pioneers will focus on applying the training, through group activities and exercises. Upon completion of the BC Pioneer Certificate participants will have opportunity for progression to the BC Build Certificate.
Pioneers will do this collaboratively, as they improve their ability to execute in world-class teams, building and implementing top-level operating practices. Throughout the Certificate, the Pioneers will be exposed to BC Partners, senior leaders, mentors across the portfolio, and experienced entrepreneurs. The Pioneers cohort will have a dedicated Slack channel for tactical support and a series of networking events throughout the programme.

Certificate programs are heavily discounted by BC and charged at £1,500 per member, paid in advance for the full program. Fees paid quarterly total to £2,000 for the full program.
