Blenheim Chalcot now offers a 15-month development plan for high potentials via its Red Team BC Adventurers Certificate Program, launching October 2022.
Running for its 1st year, BC Adventurers's training curriculum is based on the Red Team business building universe. BC Adventurers will take your strong performers on their own hero's journey of discovery & development, specifically designed for those early in their career or new to the start-up world. The goal is to develop your high potentials to improve on the role they are in now and prepare them for high performance in a fast-changing environment. BC Adventurers is the first of the three certificates offered by Red Team.
The certificate includes roughly 40 hours of live training and will focus on the Red Team worlds of Achieving Product Market Fit, Strategic & Operational Excellence and Communication & Leadership. In the last three months, Adventurers will focus on applying the training, through group activities and exercises. Upon completion of the BC Adventurer Certificate participants will have opportunity for progression to the BC Pioneer Certificate.
Adventurers will do this collaboratively, as they improve their ability to execute in world-class teams, building and implementing top-level operating practices. Throughout the Certificate, the Adventurers will be exposed to Red Team trainers, senior leaders, mentors across the portfolio, and experienced entrepreneurs. The Adventurers cohort will have a dedicated Slack channel for tactical support and a series of networking events throughout the programme.

Certificate programs are heavily discounted by BC and charged at £1,500 per member, paid in advance for the full program. Fees paid quarterly total to £2,000 for the full program.
