Running for its 8th year, BC Build is back with an updated training curriculum based on the Red Team business building universe. BC Build will take your strong performers on their own hero's journey of discovery & development, specifically designed for middle management level of start-up experience & capability. The goal is to develop your high potentials to improve on the role they are in now and prepare them for leadership in innovation. BC Build is the most senior certificate offered by Red Team.

BC Build Curriculum Overview
Our flagship certificate includes roughly 44 hours of live training and will focus on the Red Team worlds of Achieving Product Market Fit, Strategic & Operational Excellence and Communication & Leadership. In the last six months, Builders will focus on applying the training, as the Certificate culminates in our famous Venture Builder Challenge (VBC). The VBC consists of a full-quarter sprint, where Builders will work in teams to create and pitch a new business to BC's founders. In preparation for the VBC, Builders will be trained to understand what it takes to be an innovator and build a business from scratch.
Builders will do this collaboratively, as they improve their ability to execute in world-class teams, building and implementing top-level operating practices. Throughout the Certificate, the Builders will be exposed to BC Partners, senior leaders, mentors across the portfolio, and experienced entrepreneurs. The Build cohort will have a dedicated Slack channel for tactical support and a series of networking events throughout the programme.

Certificate programs are heavily discounted by BC and charged at £2,000 per member, paid in advance for the full program. Fees paid quarterly total to £3,500 for the full program.
