Is live attendance to each training session mandatory for sprint completion?
Live attendance to each training session is expected for participants to get the most out of a sprint. With real-time feedback and conversation, our RedTeam trainers ensure that each participant can take full advantage of the expertise provided during each session. In order to maximize the benefit of these trainings, recordings of each session are provided in the Learning Wallet for future reference.
What do I achieve at the end of the sprint? Do I get any certificates?
Upon completion of a sprint, you will have attained a completion badge that can be added to your LinkedIn. The badge reflects the competencies associated with that particular sprint and is stored on the blockchain. Furthermore, you will be able to view your growth with skill coins once they launch, visually showcasing your hard-earned accomplishments!

What's the cohort size and mix like for these sprints?
Our sprints are led by experienced trainers and designed for a cohort size of 15 to 20 people. This number provides enough participants to create an interactive learning atmosphere through facilitated discussion. These cohorts will have the opportunity to bounce ideas off each other, as well as benefit from sharing their unique experiences and knowledge with their peers.
What if I need to cancel the sprint or cannot meet all commitments?
We understand that your personal needs may change or maybe the sprint you signed up for is not the right fit. If that is the case, we offer to move you to another sprint at no additional cost! So don't worry if things don't work out and if you cannot complete in a certain sprint - just let us know so we can make sure to fill the space with other participants or give your sport to someone else within your venture.
Will I receive Skill Coins for completing certificate programmes (i.e. Adventurers and Pioneers)
As all training on the Adventurer program is mandatory and cohort-specific, Adventurers will not receive Skill Coins, but instead be automatically enrolled onto the relevant trainings in their Learning Wallet. They may still, however, request Skill Coins from their company’s wallet to sign up for additional trainings offered in our open sprints.
